Registration is now open for the Spring 2023 season of Girls on the Run (grades 3-5) and Heart & Sole (grades 6-8). The organization’s mission is to inspire girls to be joyful, healthy and confident using a fun, experience-based curriculum which creatively integrates running.

**This season there will be a lottery system to allow all girls an equal opportunity to participate in Girls on the Run. For the Spring season, the computer-generated Lottery will be run on February 6, 2023. If your child is selected for your desired team, your credit card will automatically be charged and your child will be registered for that team. If your child is not selected, they will be placed on the Waitlist for that team.

Important Dates:

• Computer-generated Lottery will be run on February 6, 2023.
• Season begins the week of March 6, 2023. **Your child must be available to attend BOTH SESSIONS each week.**
• Girls on the Run end of season celebratory 5K Fun Run will be held on June 4, 2023 at the Navy Yard.

Program includes 20 lessons conducted by certified GOTR Coaches, all necessary materials for the program, an official GOTR t-shirt, a water bottle, participation in the season-ending 5k celebration, and a 5k finisher’s gift.
