Shoes for Good

William M. Meredith Home and School Association is conducting a shoe drive from November 4, 2016 – January 16, 2017 (MLK Day) to raise funds for school-wide STEM programming and equipment. STEM is an interdisciplinary and applied learning approach, focused on educating students in science, technology, engineering and mathematics. William M. Meredith Home & School Association will earn funds based on the total weight of the shoes collected, which will be purchased by the non-profit organization Funds2Orgs. The money earned for the school will be put towards programming and equipment, such as smart boards for all classroom learning as well as 3D printers for student use.
