One great way to make Meredith Magic is to volunteer your time! Throughout the year, you’ll find a variety of volunteer opportunities, from being a chaperone on field trips to helping with needs in the classroom and around the school.
For the safety of our students, all adult volunteer opportunities that involve interaction with children require having clearances on file.
Step 1
Follow the School District of Philadelphia mandatory clearance process as described on their website.
Once completed, your clearances are valid at any SDP school for five years.
Step 2
Submit a copy of your clearance paperwork and your volunteer orientation completion certificate to Ms. Cheri in the Meredith main office.
Pro tip: keep a copy for yourself for your records or any future needs.
Step 3
Once your clearances are on file, sign up for volunteer opportunities!
