Wednesday, November 4th is this Fall’s final Bike to School Day.
Gather at the Indego Station at Front and Carpenter Streets, near Shot Tower Park at 8:00 A.M. The group rides through Queen Village and Bella Vista to school – in the street.
All participants must have safe bicycling skills and must wear helmets on every ride.
Before you participate, you must complete a waiver, even if you and your child participated in a previous school year. You can also sign up to help lead our group on one or more Wednesdays.
Waiver Form – Complete this form for each student participating in at least one Bike to School Day.
Leadership Sign-Up – Sign up as an adult volunteer for one or more Bike to School Days.
NEW: We have added four spots for on the ground parent volunteers to serve as crossing guards at the busiest intersections:
- Front and Christian
- Catherine’s and Passyunk/6th
- Bainbridge and 5th/Passyunk
- Bainbridge and 4th
We ordered more high-visibility vests and hand held stop signs to support. Sign up here to help!
