Meredith staff are ready to welcome everyone back to school on Thursday, January 29th! The next two days will be half days, as previously scheduled, to accommodate Report Card Conferences.
Please review the important updates below.
Breakfast will be available at 8:15 A.M.
Dismissal will run from 12:15 to 12:24 P.M.
- Grades K-2 will dismiss from the auditorium. Parents can enter through the main doors and the stage doors for pickup.
- Partners and community after-school programs will pick up from the auditorium.
- Grade 3 and Grade 5 will dismiss outside the Fitzwater gate.
- Grade 4 will dismiss at the front gate by the bike racks.
Conferences will be held as scheduled with limited adjustments.
- Conferences scheduled between 12:30 and 2:45 P.M. will be held in person.
- Any conferences originally scheduled between 2:45 and 3:30 P.M. will have to be held virtually at a new time. Teachers will provide this information directly, as applicable.
- Evening conferences will be virtual, with links to be shared by teachers directly.
- The evening conference window is extended to 5:00 to 7:30 P.M. to make room for any conferences being rescheduled from 2:45 – 3:30.
No after school clubs will be held on Thursday, January 29th or Friday, January 30th due to conferences.
